The Endless Doubt

You can't get over with it

'Cause you started on a loop.

You can't even cut it off,

Just letting it loose for now.

Do you even need a hand?

Or self just failed to guide you?

Souls are pure as hearts' desire

Then there's our mind, a skeptic.

We live with walls of questions,

We're tinted by paints of fear.

Doubt could tint us with failure

Yet tint still meant to enlighten.

Thorned Roses for Free

Love doesn't start superbly; Courtship is to climb the thorns. From every rose that you give, Truly a test to persist. Angel's heart could be broken, Poor man's pocket could be broke. Why not plant flowering trees, If you want your warmth to bloom. Roses wrapped from abaca; Sweetheart's hands, safe from prickles. It's good to see spikes weren't cut, Yes, it hurts, yet there's still love.

Lucidity

Vanished clarity through cloud’s opacity, Wherein cryptic light tried to hide from reality. Days go by, still can’t acquaint translucency, From nature itself is anguished; tearful and rainy.   Decently-looking blue, yet unhappy; Too high to soar for a dreamless identity. How ugly your day is, knowing its false beauty, Without the glimpse of life, pure obscurity.   Sea mimics its darkness with scattered flares at night; Morning kills mourn with a chance of hope in sight. Daily appearance with gentle might, As it goes clear without a sign of smite.   A celestial gift from divinity still got dirt in white, Perfectly imperfect, lamely bright. Oh, how awesome seeing it so tight, Full of intention, genuinely for flights.
